1. Who We Are

Volatech provides STEM and drone education experiences for children and young people aged 5–18 across the UK.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to:

• Use this site only for lawful purposes

• Not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of our system

• Refrain from copying, redistributing, or misusing content or branding

3. Programme Participation

Participation in Volatech programmes is subject to:

• Parental/guardian consent (for minors)

• Adherence to safety rules and instructor guidance

• Respectful behaviour toward others and equipment

Volatech reserves the right to remove a participant from a session if safety or conduct rules are broken.

4. Payments & Cancellations

• Fees (e.g. after-school clubs or camps) are due in advance unless otherwise agreed

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund

• In the event we must cancel a session, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, lesson content, branding, and images remain the property of Volatech. You may not reuse or distribute them without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Volatech is not liable for:

• Personal items lost or damaged during sessions

• Injuries resulting from ignoring safety instructions or reckless behaviour

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
