Our mission is simple: to make drone technology and STEM education exciting, hands-on, and accessible to every young person, no matter their background or experience. Whether it’s their first time flying, their first line of code, or their first team challenge — we create safe, inspiring spaces for young people to build confidence, learn new skills, and see the world from a new perspective.
We’re not here to teach "just another lesson." We’re here to spark passion, encourage curiosity, and open real-world pathways to careers in technology, aviation, engineering, and beyond.

Who We Are
Our team is made up of passionate educators, drone enthusiasts, STEM specialists, and mentors — all driven by one shared belief: young people deserve the chance to explore future-ready skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. We bring together experience from education, aviation, software development, and youth engagement, blending technical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping young people grow in confidence. Our instructors are not just qualified, they are also role models. Every member of our team is fully trained, DBS-checked, and dedicated to creating inclusive spaces where every young person feels welcome, seen, and empowered to succeed.
Who It’s For
We work with primary and secondary schools, STEM clubs, local authorities, youth and charity organisations, and community groups across the UK to engage young people from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5.
The Problem We Solve
STEM subjects can often feel abstract or out of reach—especially for students in underserved communities. Volatech turns that around by combining drones with real-world learning, offering practical, inclusive programmes that build confidence, creativity, and technical skills for the future workforce.
